The new Album "Das Zeitgeschenk" of MARLENE SCHNABEL-MARQUARDT is a groovy way of real german chanson music, coming out at the 15th of august. It is written in Weimar Goethe City by the experienced Singer & Songwriter Lady Marlene and this rhythmic, but also elegant sleek arranged album is a production by the independent company Art Markant, Recorded at Markant Music Studios with the inspiration and precoaching before recording-session by famous producer mister René Tinner, who made albums with Lou Reed, Gianna Nannini and Marius Müller Westernhagen.
MARLENE SCHNABEL-MARQUARDT is living her way of music-style since 20 years. She loves art and the art of love. Marlene wrote a lot of authentic songs about her life, plays piano and drums in an unconventionally way and is making grooves on all kind of things, she finds in the studio ore where ever she plays. "Making this album was a very mystic time, like wandering through a dreamland and I pick up all the flowers I saw in my soul like a little child. Crying tears of happiness and falling in love with so many melodies..." Exclusive combination of lounge, chanson and pop with authentic lyrics, manifold voices and instrumental performing. Also thanks to incredible calm and steady manager Sven Sievers, who manged the ytitties and worked for kickmanagement Köln, BMG and Vielklang Berlin.

INFO:Marlene studied art and music at Mad Academy Mannheim Ludwigshafen musicalschool , Bauhaus University Weimar and European Art Academy Trier. She wrote hundreds of songs and won the price best band and best keyboarder of DRMV Germany. She lives in the Goethe city Weimar with her family and is the owner of the culture publishing house Art Markant FreieKunst.Com. She leaded the Band MARLOW MARKAR with its independent Label MARKANT MUSIC.
