2014 was an amazing year for the resident djs of Tiger records, the mighty duo Plastik Funk. Rafael Ximenez-Carrillo and Mikio Gruschinske aka Plastik Funk from Düsseldorf have released during this year the very successful anthems Dr Who with Tujamo that reached the UK top 40 with Sneakbo on vocals, One Of These Days with Polina's stunning voice and Don't Push Mefeaturing Grandmaster Melle Mel.
Their latest party bomb on Tiger records is called Damn Mc and is considered to be one of the main contenders for the most played tracks during Christmas and New Years Eve parties. Damn Mc is Plastik Funk at their very best and most fun that you can imagine them to be without exaggerations. It has as always their established very personal funky aggressive "boom boom" bassline that drives the crowds insane and has been sampled by many other artists so far. The track follows the so called Future House / Oliver Helden's style tracks that have been very fashionable lately.
It's deep and funky but at the same time is aggressive and punchy enough to play it on your mainstage set and crank the stereo systems. They sample old school hip house vocal samples and they take us on a wild ride with playful melodic breakdown while the drop is unstoppable and totally uncontrollable so you can expect to dance like this is the last night on planet earth.
