CRAM "Mad World"

Fascinated by the energy of Hip Hop music, Hamburg (Germany) based House Music DJ/Producer CRAM bought his first turntables at the age of 14 and immediately started djing. Still underage at the time of his debut release, his mother had to sign his first record contract with the popular German Hip Hop label "Yo Mama Records“. Alongside releases with his former band Poets Of Peeze and several solo releases he also had MC guest appearances on songs like "Nordisch By Nature" by Fettes Brot and "Haarkur" by Der Tobi & Das Bo.

CRAM´s love for electronic music started in the early 90ies, when he fell under the influence of the blossoming and truly exiting electronic movements of this time. Ever since CRAM has been exploring, developing and shaping his personal blend of House Music. With releases on labels like Toolroom Records, Sleazy Deep, Glasgow Underground, Kontor Records and many more, CRAM is a busy producer of his original music. He also worked on recording, production, mixing and mastering for other acclaimed artists and labels like Moonbootique Records, Mark Owen (Take That) and Ferris MC (Deichkind) to name a few…

His own productions have been supported by some of the biggest players in today´s electronic music scene and several of his tracks have entered high positions in the Beatport charts, the Traxsource charts and the DCC (German Club Charts). His “Champion / Golden Moment” EP reached position #6 in the DCC and has been in there for ten weeks, which is the longest period possible. CRAM´s single "After Midnight" (Toolroom Records) has made it up to #14 in the DCC and has been picked by Abercrombie & Fitch for their worldwide Summer In-Store Playlist!

His DJ career has taken him to some of Germany´s most respected festivals and clubs and his extended sets have earned him a flawless reputation in the scene. Besides trips to Russia, Ibiza, Denmark and other countries to play his sets over there, he hosted a monthly radio show on UK based radio station Deepvibes Radio and on Canada based DE Radio for many years. He also was resident DJ at Hamburg´s famous clubs Baalsaal and Mandalay for many years. CRAM is a skilled and passionate electronic music artist you should definitely pay attention to.
